All applications are processed through the Student Information Management System (OAS). All certificate and ordinary diploma (direct and equivalent qualifications) applicants shall apply through Online Application System (OAS) except for short courses applicants and students selected through OR-TAMISEMI programme.

Use form 4 index number / Equivalent number to create account

3 STEP 3

Select Application category and entry qualification

4 STEP 4

Pay the Application fees (fees are non-refundable)

5 STEP 5

Complete personal information Section

6 STEP 6

Load your form four result by Clicking “Load” then confirm

7 STEP 7

Add all form 4 results (required for applicants with multiple form four seating)

8 STEP 8

Add Form Six result or NTA Level 4 NACTVET registration Number (for Applicant of NTA Level 5 & 6

9 STEP 9

Select Programme as per your Choice
